Summary: By using KonnectHere, you agree to use the platform lawfully, maintain your account responsibly, and respect others. We provide the platform as-is and limit our liability to the extent permitted by law.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using KonnectHere ("the Platform"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and KonnectHere Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

•Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

•All activities that occur under your account

•Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information

•Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that remain inactive for extended periods.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use KonnectHere to:

•Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or applications

•Harass, abuse, or discriminate against other users

•Scrape, crawl, or extract data without our explicit written consent

•Circumvent security measures or attempt unauthorized system access

•Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation

Violations may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and features of KonnectHere are the exclusive property of KonnectHere Pvt. Ltd. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

By submitting content (such as resumes, job listings, or profile information) to the Platform, you grant KonnectHere a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display such content for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KonnectHere shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

•Your use of or inability to use the Platform

•Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

•Inaccuracies in job listings posted by third-party employers

•Technical failures or service interruptions

6. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the laws of India, in Hyderabad, Telangana.

You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of KonnectHere after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, please discontinue use of the Platform.
